Casio Dive Watch September 1, 2010 bom After reading good reviews, I dive in to be one of the owners of this cheap but functional watch. It really looked good, and it's not too rugged (somewhat elegant). The band might be stiff as others mentioned but I have no problems with it, since I won't be bending the wrist band always while using it. I've only tested the water resistant feature in a swimming pool and after swimming around 5 feet underwater for almost an hour (not straight of course, I have to breath and rest), the water seems helpless to conquer the watch. I wish it would serve me 3 years before I have to change the batteries. Good buy.
Watch review August 27, 2010 Burt A geat watch at a great buy. If you want a good looking waterproof watch at a great price, this watch can't be beat. It looks a lot more expensive than it's price. I had no trouble with the band and I can't understand why others complained about it; maybe they were'nt used to that type of clasp.
Great watch..... August 25, 2010 Frank Giann (New York) Well, after reading all the reviews here I decided to go for it and buy this watch. Hey, for this price? I'm sure glad I did.
Anyway, it looks like a 300 dollar watch, real nice. I like the curved crystal, the rubber strap is ok and it did dig into my skin but I sanded
the ends of the straps on the skin side and its ok now. I really like the light and you CAN use it as a flashlight. The bezel looks great but
feels a bit flimsy when you turn it. Its a bit hard but it should break in after a while. Over all, a really great buy. I vote yes.
Great Product August 24, 2010 S. Shah (New Jersey) I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by this product. Since I have bought this watch, I have recieved many compliments on sophisticated this watch was-thinking to myself that I got it for a great price! In the month I have had this product, I have not lost a minute-it is still precise.
Great watch, looks much more expensive August 19, 2010 Roger S. (Dunedin FL) It seems the most dive watches today are enormous, huge hunks of stainless steel weighing about five pounds sitting on your wrist. Not being a fan of the "bigger is better" trend in watches in general, I am very pleased with this Casio.
The dial size is in line with a normal-sized watch. Although some have an issue with the strap, I find it quite comfortable. The dial is easy to read, the bezel moves smoothly, and the screw-down crown is easy to use to set the date and time. The illumination is terrific. For the price, I really can find nothing poor to say about this timepiece.
I am a large man (6'4") and the watch looks fine on my wrist, not under-sized.
